Ventura County Art Events, Inc. produces the Ventura Art & Street Painting Festival.  This event combines artists showing and selling their work with street painters who will be creating vibrant chalk art paintings on the surrounding sidewalks.  The festival’s location is the scenic Ventura Harbor.
