Artist Cassandra Tondro makes her Ventura painting debut at Cosmotion on Sunday, November 16th.  This exciting afternoon event will feature Tondro explaining her unusual painting process using leftover house paint, and creating three 24" x 24" paintings before a live audience.  The paintings will be sold to the highest bidder at an auction immediately following.

Tondro, who recently moved to Ventura, leads the way in the Green Art Movement with her contemporary abstract paintings created from colorful leftover house paint that she rescues from recycling centers.  A selection of Tondro's paintings will be on display and for sale at the event.  Paintings will also be raffled as part of Tondro's commitment to fundraising for Cosmotion.

10% of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The ARC of Ventura County, a nonprofit Organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
