Please join the City of Ventura Public Art Program on Thursday, October 16th at 5:00 PM at the Lights on Afterschool event at Westpark (located at 450 W. Harrison in Ventura). We will unveil the new public art  mosaic entryway monument created by Helle Scharling-Todd.
