The four artists showing in the new VITA exhibit Abstract 2+2 are veterans at their game. In an increasingly crowded field, these four stand out as having refined their work over many years, from their earliest iterations to the present, with an obsessive thread that connects their origins to the most recent of their works. It is this dedication to explore and refine the elusive and ineffable spirit of abstraction that drives this work forward.
