Small Engine Repair

Small Engine Repair, written by John Pollono and directed by Kathleen Bosworth, starts out as a testosterone-filled reunion between friends and takes a significant twist and turn into an unexpected land of revenge where friendship, sexism, classism and the heartbreak of bringing up a child are met head on. Pollono takes the psychological thriller and with Small Engine Repair, slams it into today’s world using social media. Facebook, text messages, camera phones remind us that the monster under the bed now exists at the touch of a screen.
