Join Mayor Cheryl Heitmann as the City of Ventura celebrates its vibrant arts community at the eleventh annual Mayor's Arts Awards reception, honoring the 2015 recipients: New West Symphony League, Anna Rios Bermudez, Michael O'Kelly, Andrea Landin, and Miranda Mize.
